Vibrant Nights: Experiencing Ghana After Dark!
Night life in Ghana is REEAALLL! I absolute loved my experience.
My first night out was dinner at the Sky Bar. This is absolutely beautiful, it is a roof top restaurant, and you can literally see all of Accra full of lights. Get cute and enjoy a peaceful breath-taking evening. Another great experience that you must visit when you go to Ghana is Polo Beach Club, this is an outside lounge on the beach, and they also have a pool! The music and the vibe are amazing. I was really shocked to find out that you can get bottles of alcohol there for the normal price of the bottle, where I am from you pay $200-$500 for a bottle at a club or lounge. You can also take your bottle with you if you do not finish! This is a nice place to relax, watch the water, hear good music, have dinner, and finish your night walking on the beach. As you walk the beach there are many local restaurants on the beach if you want more of a local experience. you know I live in Georgia, so the clubs and parties in Atlanta are lit, but it’s just about hearing music and maybe the girls twerking. In GHANA, people dance like real dancing. There are literally known dances that go to afro beats songs, and everyone does them, men, and women. The vibe is unmatched and truly unexplainable. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming; they will make sure you are included and having a good time. My first night exploring Ghana I literally clubbed hopped, I started at a place called Bloom Bar. This was such a nice place, and the ambiance was beautiful, it is an outside lounge. The food and drinks were a 10/10! I had a margarita Pizza, and it was not your typical pizza it had spice to it, and I want to say the pizza sauce was mixed with a known sauce in Ghana called Shito. If you ever visit, please give it a try. I went to 4 different places, but the night was going so fast (lol), so let’s skip to the ending. The last place that we visited that night was a club called MADD. Now this club was so crowded, literally you could not move! The club was nice, and the vibe was there, if you decide to visit make sure you do have on heels it is a requirement for entry. Of course, I did not, I left them in the car because like I said this was club number 4 it was time for sandals(lol). Luckily, I did not have to walk back to the car because the people I was with convinced them to let me in.
Tip: Make sure makeup is slayed, heels are on, and outfit is on point!
